JohnChao’s first Topographic safari to Yosemite Park. Getting there was a challenge. 8×10 Deardorf camera, lenses, film holders, film, darkroom loading tents, heavy-duty tripod, and the Hasselblad 2 1/4 camera to capture all the detail frames, was what it took. Not long after many pictures of Yosemite were taken, the publication of a magazine began to take hold and these became the last topographic moments in the summer of 1993.
